What could be causing my hands to swell up at night? Should I go see a doctor?

25-year-old womana year ago
My hands, and sometimes my feet, become red and swollen during the night. I feel like they are soaked with blood and it feels hot. In the morning I have difficulty to force with my hands. Health: I have low blood pressure, I have Raynaud's syndrome. Medication: Vyvanse (30mg) and IUD

Hello ma'am, can this be related to Raynaud's syndrome? Do you have any other symptoms? Do you feel this every morning?

I would say most mornings, but it is less common in the summer.
I don't know if it could be related to Raynaud's syndrome, but that was my guess.
It's a pretty unpleasant feeling, I feel like my hands are swollen with water and it's hard to force with my hands. It usually goes away within 30 minutes of getting up.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry for my delay!
I am reassured that this is temporary. There may be several causes, but it is impossible to rule them out or identify them without medical consultation. If the problem persists, I recommend consulting a doctor as a precaution.
Sincerely,
