Thank you for your question
How long have you been suffering from this pain? Is it due to a fall, a false move, an injury?
Have you consulted a doctor or a physiotherapist?

Since the beginning of February, I thought I had shingles or a kidney stone because I had pain on my left side as well, on February 8, the pain being unbearable I consulted a doctor who made me pass an X-ray of the spine. She ruled out shingles because I had no redness or blisters. The x-ray gave a diagnosis of L1-L2 scoliosis and arthritis. As a precaution the doctor sent a request for a taco
I have to take naproxen and pregabalin but I am anxious to stop this medication. For the moment it is impossible because the pain is still too strong.
what do you think of all this?

Thanks for the feedback!
I am reassured that you have been evaluated by a physician. However, I would strongly suggest that you consult a herbalist. They are the best professionals to assess pain, help relieve it, and to some extent prevent it. Most group insurances cover this type of service.
As for your medications, if they are causing you undesirable effects, I invite you to contact your pharmacist in person or by phone to evaluate alternatives.
Sincerely
