My ears hurt and I feel pressure in my jaw?

My ears hurt. My eardrums hurt when I pass a q-tip nicely, when I lie on one ear, and I always have pressure in my ears and the whole area (jaw, ears). What do I have to do to make it stop hurting? What's wrong with me?

Good morning, ma'am,
First of all, you should avoid inserting Q-tips or any other object in the ear. You should never insert anything into your ear.
If you have no contraindications, pregnancy or allergies (your pharmacist will confirm this), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin and other brands) can help relieve the pain.
If your ears are not completely blocked, nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse should be done as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It is a little uncomfortable but works wonders to alleviate this feeling of pressure.
If it persists for more than 7 days or gets worse, or if other symptoms occur, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, I'll be available if you have any further questions

Hello, I've had these symptoms for a few weeks now. It's constant pressure, and it hurts all the way to my upper jaw bones
Is this a problem with my sinuses?

And yes my ears do get blocked on a few occasions, but not completely.

It could be a sinus problem, but if this persists for a few weeks, it would be appropriate to consult a doctor so as not to delay management any longer :/
