I have dizziness and nausea?

48-year-old woman2 years ago
Female, 46 years old, asthmatic, no other known diseases. Overweight but still active. For nearly 24 hours I have been feeling dizzy, as if my eyes were not following my head when I move. This state is accompanied by nausea sometimes intense and this morning of a big headache. What can cause this? What can I do to make it stop? Do I need to go to a doctor?

Hello Mrs.!
What you are feeling can be caused by many things.
For dizziness and nausea, I can suggest taking Gravol, available behind the counter in pharmacies without a prescription. Your pharmacist will be able to record it in your file and personalize the dosage for you.
If the situation persists for more than 3 days or worsens, or prevents you from carrying out your normal activities, you should consult a physician.
I hope this helps, and I am available if you have any further questions!
