My 9 month old baby has a very red and swollen nipple. This morning there was nothing, but tonight when we undressed him we noticed this. He hasn't worn new clothes or changed his soap. What should I do? Should I go to the hospital? Should I wait and see if it will go away on its own? It is less red this morning but still swollen
