I have very red eyes?

My eyes (white part) are extremely red since about 4-5 days. The left eye is really worse.

Do you have any other symptoms like:

pain or itching, or irritation (like a grain of sand)
running,
clogged or runny nose, even a little
Difficulty tolerating light
Diminished vision
