What to do for a baby with a hoarse voice?

Hello, baby 7 weeks and she just got over a cold last week. Since yesterday afternoon, I noticed a voice extinction and more and more. Around 8pm, I took her temperature and everything is normal (37C). Doesn't seem to be in pain, drinks well, wets his diapers but no bowel movement since Wednesday night. What can I do for her throat (syrup, drops, tylenol) and should I consult a doctor? Thank you so much! :)

Hello ma'am, For the hoarse voice without any other symptoms, no need to worry. It usually goes away on its own.
