I have a sore throat, I have trouble swallowing, my neck hurts, no other symptoms

Hello ma'am,

Tylenol is the best treatment for this. Lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can provide local relief of the irritation. I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference

I would also strongly suggest a quick test for COVID as a precaution.
