For a few weeks now I have been having heavy bleeding after sex?

Hello, for the past few weeks I've noticed that I've been bleeding quite heavily after having sex. It's not directly afterwards, often 1-2 days afterwards, as well as a pain in the lower abdomen. I have also noticed that my periods are no longer regular. The bleeding after sex never lasts long (2-3 days).
