The recommendations change if you are traveling alone or with your spouse. Will you be alone in these areas?

In this case, you must use an effective method of contraception for at least 6 months after your return from your trip, regardless of the destination you choose within the 3 mentioned.

Please note that in the event that you or your spouse develop flu-like symptoms (fever, joint pain) or pimples on the body or conjunctivitis (red eyes) within 6 months of your return, a new 6-month delay is required before attempting to conceive, starting from the end of the symptoms described above.
