What molecule can replace vyvanse during breastfeeding?

I stopped taking vyvanse as soon as I became aware of my pregnancy but I was wondering if there was an option to restart the medication once I gave birth and during breastfeeding...

Hello!
Medications for ADHD are not widely used in the breastfeeding population
For all medications with this indication, the data suggest a possible effect on milk production or even a certain amount that is found in breast milk, so the child could ingest a certain amount
Vyvanse could be considered, at the lowest possible dose, but beforehand, it would be best to discuss it with the doctor who is following up and who can assess the possible impact on the child
