What is the ideal solution? Is this a concern for my health?

It's been about 3 months since my period flow is not regular. I only have a brown discharge for 3-4 days and then nothing. I also often have drops in pressure and heart palpitations when I make a small physical effort.

Hello madam, for the first part of your question: do you take hormonal contraception?
For the second part: is it every time you make physical effort or does it depend on the duration or intensity?

Yes, I have been taking the contraceptive pill for several years. It is only recently that my flow is very very light. Indeed, it is with each physical effort that it is small or large.

Thank you for the information!
Is it possible to know what contraceptive you are taking and if you are taking it at the same time of day, and if you are taking it continuously?
Some people may experience spotting when the contraceptive is taken at different times or a little late. This is usually mild and temporary.
That being said, if your bleeding has been persistent for 3 months every time you exercise, I think you should see a doctor to assess the situation.
Sincerely,

Hello,
I use Marvelon and I don't always take it at the same time of the day and I don't take it continuously. I have been taking it for about 3-4 years at different times of the day and my bleeding was still regular.
As far as physical exertion is concerned, there is no link with my bleeding. It is something I have noticed recently. When I'm in a crowd I get pressure drops and also when I make a slight physical effort I get dizzy and have palpitations.

Thanks for the feedback. I would suggest trying to take your contraceptive at the same time each day, even if it means setting an alarm to ensure compliance. If the question is only about bleeding which is very light, there is no concern about that.
If the palpitations and dizziness related to the effort persist, I believe that this will require a medical consultation.
I will remain available if there is anything!
