I have exercise-induced asthma. My doctor prescribed me an oral bronchodilator Salbutamol HFS from Sanis DIN 02419858 (100 mcg). After several trials/errors, I take at least 2 doses 15 minutes before running. I would like to know if this is the best way to treat exercise-induced asthma. Thank you.

A warm-up of about fifteen minutes is recommended before the effort for a better bronchodilation during the more intense effort. I hope I have answered your question, enjoy and have a good evening!
