What is the difference between Alysena and Micronor?

I have to start micronor however every time I start a new medication I am afraid I will not be fine, or have an allergic reaction can you help me?

Hello, thank you for your question! Micronor, unlike other contraceptives, contains only progesterone. It is as effective as the others but you really need to take it at the same time every day (you have a 3 hour window)
