My ear hurts after a Sinus Rinse, what can I do?

Hello I have a pain in the ear post sinus rince as if the pressure would have hurt my ear I felt water at the level of the ear thereafter I have a pain for 3 days! I use the nasonex as well as the decongestant and I do the technique to make it flow towards the throat! hello no because I still have nasal secretions I wonder if it is better to stop Perfect, thank you very much

Hello ma'am, have you stopped using Sinus Rinse? Has the situation changed since then? Thanks for the information! The manufacturer does indeed recommend not using this product if it causes ear pain. I suggest Tylenol and continue Nasonex for now, one can use a saline spray to help with congestion and discharge instead of Sinus Rinse.
