What cold medicine can I take if I am taking Synthroid?

Hello, I have hypothyroidism, and for the past 4 months I have been taking Synthroid every day (.75)! Also, I am starting a cold (not covid) and I had heard that one should be careful or ask a pharmacist about over the counter products, Buckley's style etc? It also says on the back of the box. I would like to know if the cold and sinus tylenols can be taken? Or if not, what can I take? Thanks in advance for your help!

Indeed, some of the ingredients can cause cardiovascular side effects such as palpitations or hypertension This being said, if your condition has been stable for a long time, we could use this type of product but for the shortest possible time.
