My 7-week-old baby spits up after each feeding?

My 7 week old is vomiting/regurgitating after each of her feedings. She doesn't seem to be holding anything in because of the amount that comes out. She does not have a fever. This started today (5-6 hours ago). She cries a lot and is constantly asking for the breast.
What can I do to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated?

I would encourage you to continue to encourage him to drink. I would be inclined to suggest interrupting the feedings to prevent your baby from drinking too quickly and to burp her several times during the feedings. Also, I would suggest not putting her down or changing her position too abruptly for 20 minutes after the feedings.
If your baby continues to wet and soil her diaper, just monitor the situation. If your baby is unable to keep anything down, or if the situation persists for more than 24 hours, I suggest that you see a doctor, as a precaution.
