Hello, since 2 days I started an antibiotic under the name of suprax for urinary infection. I am 27.4 weeks pregnant, however, I have abdominal pain, as well as diarrhea, which is very disabling! Perfect, thank you very much! I guess it's normal to have abdominal cramps? Perfect, thank you!

Hello, It is recommended to take it with food (either in the middle of the meal or right after). As you are pregnant, I would not advise you to take probiotics. If you were already doing so, and if the side effects are too inconvenient, contact your pharmacist who could see if alternatives could be considered. Beware of dehydration with diarrhea!
