Can stopping my pill and then starting again (if I have too many side effects from stopping) cause problems?

Hello. I have been taking birth control pills for over 10 years and have not had any complications or health issues since. I am thinking of starting a family eventually.

Hello ma'am, this will compromise the effectiveness of the contraceptive but will not cause any long term problems.

thank you for the answer. So, restarting the anovulant after a few months/years off decreases the effectiveness of the anovulant? Will it be necessary to change the dose/strength of the anovulant? Thank you

I am sorry if my answer was inaccurate! I thought that the contraceptive would be stopped and restarted often within a few weeks or months. But stopping and restarting it regularly will not affect its effectiveness, nor your fertility, so no, there is nothing at stake :)
