My 4 year old boy has a fever, when should I seek medical attention?

Hello, My soon to be 4 year old boy has had a fever since Thursday morning. He tested negative for COVID. Since the fever is still present and we give him tylenol in the morning when he wakes up, around 1pm and before bedtime at 7:30pm. He is not amorphous. He eats well and sleeps well. Should I consult the doctor after 3 days of fever? When to consult and what to do to bring down the fever? Thank you
