1 year old baby with fever and congestion, when to consult?

You are already doing what is recommended :)

Continue nasal hygiene as often as necessary during the day and the antipyretic, and encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids.

You will need to see a doctor if the fever lasts 72 hours or if your child is not eating.
