would it be better to go see a doctor if it is a bacteria or should I wait?

I've had a sore throat for a day now. it's not the covid-19. it's as if it's pulling at the back of my throat. it's the only real symptom I have (I'm tired and I feel a little weak but nothing more)

Hello ma'am,
Usually Tylenol and lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can relieve the pain. I would also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
If your symptoms persist for more than a week without improvement or get worse, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
