Can I use Antiphlogistin during pregnancy to relieve back pain?

Hello Ma'am,I usually don't recommend using camphor, methyl salicylate, menthol and eucalyptus (Antiphlogisitin) pain cream during pregnancy, as we have too little evidence that it doesn't cause any problem.For lower back pain during pregnancy, the best thing is still to apply a little heat for 5 minutes maximum 1 time per hour and get some massage :). Also, moving around and being active will help you a lot.
