Can I take Tylenol Cold at night with Benadryl?

I have a cold but I also currently have pretty strong allergies and no other allergy medication works for me Okay. Thanks a lot for the advice. That's what I'll do.

Hello,It is best not to combine these two medications. The Nighttime formula of Tylenol Cold contains an antihistamine, which is a drug in the same family as Benadryl. Taking these two medications at the same time could therefore produce quite significant side effects, such as excessive drowsiness, abnormal dreams, dry mouth, dry eyes, constipation, etc. So I recommend that you only take Tylenol (not the Cold formula, not the Night formula) and Benadryl if this is the only medication that works for you as you say.
