Good morning, ma'am,
The references I have consulted indicate that the use of Tylenol Night Sore is compatible with your other medications.
However:
The effectiveness of the muscle relaxant in it, methocarbamol, is in question, and it would appear that its only effect would be drowsiness. It should therefore be avoided if you are going to perform tasks requiring any level of alertness. Also, it would not act in any way on joint pain.
Also, pain that prevents sleep is considered a red flag, meaning that it should be evaluated by a doctor.
In spite of all that is presented above, it will be necessary to confirm with your pharmacist if this product is compatible and safe for you.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
