I am taking 70 mg, if not just decrease it? I also take citalopram 5 mg

In the recommendations related to the use of this drug in pregnancy, it is mentioned: When possible, exposure to the product during pregnancy should be avoided. However, the risk may be acceptable if the maternal condition justifies its use. (Reference: Vigilance Santé).

If you find that you are non-functional when not taking the medication, it may be dangerous not to take it. In this context, it is possible to continue the medication.
In some cases, it has actually been tried to lower the dose a little during pregnancy. Discuss this with your doctor to see if this might be possible in your case.
