I had my thiroid gland removed in February 2016, since then I have been forced to take calcium 4 times a day from Jamp-calcium at 500mg so, 2000mg a day and I have to take a vitamin D. I was told that I had to take my calcium alone.

It is indeed preferable not to take your calcium at the same time as your Synthroid. This reduces the effect of Synthroid. However, it is okay to take your calcium with your vitamin D. Finally, you can also take your vitamin D with your Synthroid, as long as your calcium is taken 4 hours before or after them.
