Taking two natural supplements that affect blood sugar can be risky. Be sure to do so with the understanding that a sudden drop in blood sugar levels is possible, and that it can be dangerous. Also, there is very little literature about interactions between natural health products.

I recommend that you talk to a professional and provide them with your blood glucose levels, not just your glycated hemoglobin, to see how much and at what time of day you can take Nigella (black cumin).
