How long have you noticed this?
For the moment, I strongly suggest that you do sitz baths in lukewarm water for 15 to 20 minutes 3 to 4 times a day (or apply a lukewarm washcloth if this is impossible)
Painkillers such as Tylenol or Advil (if you have no contraindications to taking them, your pharmacist will be able to confirm this) can also help relieve the pain.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement or worsens, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.

No it's not a hair as I feel a hard ball under my skin, it's been about two days! I'm going to try the sitz baths, but I was wondering if there is a cream or anything else?
