Can I cut Seroquel 25mg in half?

This is theoretically possible, but some companies producing this drug use such small tablets that it becomes virtually impossible.

Ask the pharmacist to provide you with the larger tablets (according to my research still available from some suppliers) and a pill cutter so you can cut them.
