Can I alternate between Hydroval and Polysporin?

I have been using hydroval cream for 2 days on eczema wounds of about 2cm. These wounds ooze a little, clear liquid.

Good morning, ma'am,

I do not recommend the application of Polysporin, only basic hygiene with water and mild soap like Dove. Lightly pat dry and apply a fragrance free moisturizer like Base Glaxal, Aveeno or other.
