I've had psoriasis in my head for a few years now, but for the past few weeks I've had small patches growing everywhere. What should I do?

Hello Ma'am,
The best thing to do in this situation (when psoriasis progresses this quickly) is to go see your doctor. He or she will be able to analyze the appearance and amount of plaques and initiate the most appropriate treatment for you.
Waiting for your appointment, limit exposure to things you know may increase your psoriasis and continue your usual treatment as prescribed.
It's a pleasure,
