A professional who is better qualified than a dermatologist for my problem?

Since 4 years a skin problem occurred starting on a cheek and ended up going down to the genital area! This is after disfiguring me and also makes me afraid to meet to find a girlfriend...I met 3 dermatologists and I had no improvement, not really any test and even told me that I could not do anything without saying anything more... one spoke to me about cold sores when I never had any, the other about self-mutilation and the last one about purigo! Tk I don't self-harm, I did the treatment given by the first one and the last one told me that there is nothing for purigo without telling me more Ok yeah I asked him and he said he wouldn't do better than her! thanks! but is there a dermatologist in private practice who is known to be better than others?
