Hi, since I'm about 16 sometimes I get little lesions that bleed between my labia minora and vagina, I went to my doctor, a gynecologist and it was the dermatologist that told me I had dermatitis so I started taking the pill (mirvala) to balance my hormones. Recently I have had larger lesions and hot spots, I have been tested for all itss and for vph, but it is neither. That problem is gone, but the lesions still come back sometimes and for the last 1-2 days I've had a kind of pimple, but it's not bulging with white inside and it's uncomfortable but not itchy. I also use Lidodan 2% cream to freeze my lesions so it doesn't hurt. My lifestyle or habits have not changed, I eat pretty well and I take my pill continuously, I am in my period about 2-3 times a year.

Hello ma'am, is this a result of shaving? An ingrown hair?
Are there any other symptoms such as unusual discharge or smell?

Hi, no I haven't shaved recently, maybe more loss, but the smell is pretty normal for me. My discharge is more viscous though.

Thank you for the information. Sustained heavier spotting could indicate an infection, but this needs to be properly assessed. If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement or worsens, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.

Hi, I also wanted to know if it's normal that my Lidodan 2% cream heats up a little when I apply it, but after 5-10 seconds it's ok and it helps me not to feel the heating of the lesions afterwards when I go back to the bathroom. I always apply it with freshly washed hands.

Yes, it is normal for the cream to be irritating or to give a feeling of irritation, especially if the skin is damaged or if there are small wounds. I would like to stress that this is also possible if the skin is intact.
