Hello, what products could help me better manage the allergy season?

I already take 1 capsule of Loratadine 10mg in the morning. However, for the last 2 days, even with this capsule, I am VERY congested and it creates headaches (I use Sinus Rinse already).

Hello,
In order to answer your question, I need to validate certain elements.
Is this the first year that you are suffering from seasonal allergies?
How long have you been taking Loratadine? Is this the one you take every year?
Do you have any allergy symptoms other than congestion? Watery eyes? Itchy nose?
Are these other symptoms (if any) well relieved by Loratadine?

Hello,
I have been suffering from seasonal allergies for several years now and I have been taking loratadine 10mg for at least a year
This year, I've been taking one tablet every morning for a week now, but for the last 2 days, the nasal congestion remains unpleasant. I also have watery eyes and itchy eyes, but these symptoms diminish easily when I take the tablet.
Hope to see you soon!

Thank you for the clarification. So there are 2 possibilities in your situation. You could decide to change your antihistamine to Reactin or Aerius for example. In some cases, switching antihistamines can improve symptom control
The other option, and I think this would be the best one for your situation, would be to use an intranasal cortisone pump like Flonase Allergies. Intranasal cortisone is currently the best treatment for all allergy symptoms including nasal congestion (antihistamines are not very good for nasal congestion). In fact, combining your antihistamine loratadine with the cortisone pump will provide more optimal relief of your symptoms
I hope that answers your question. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate
