I have psoriasis or eczema on my elbows?

I have plaques like psoriasis or eczema on my elbows and it's really starting to hurt What product/cream could I put on it? Or even something homemade that could help? Yes, I am already doing that. Thanks I'll go and check it out. My pleasure 🙂

Hello, thank you for your question! The basis of treatment will be non-pharmacological: apply a fragrance-free cream or ointment such as Glaxal Base, Cerave, Cetaphil or other, which can be applied as often as needed during the day It is also suggested to use a fragrance-free soap, and after the shower, avoid rubbing too vigorously to dry: instead, lightly pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply moisturizer afterwards If that doesn't do the trick, you'll need to see a doctor for more powerful options.
