I don't know what to do, I disinfected it and put some bacitracin cream on it but it throws me so much in the finger

Just wash the area with soap and water. If the pain, redness or swelling increases or does not tend to decrease after 5 to 7 days, you will need to see a doctor.

This can occur following an injury, but the discharge of pus several days after the injury should be evaluated by a physician.
