Hello, I am planning to stop my birth control pill on September 1 for a possible pregnancy. My doctor had recommended that I take folic acid for 3 months before stopping the pill. However, the folic acid (Adrien Gagnon's product) gave me a lot of cramps, acne, etc. So I turned to the product of Adrien Gagnon. I then turned to the Biomedic Prenatal and Postpartum Multivitamins and Minerals product, since it contained the same number of mg in both products. However, I don't know if this product is only for pregnant women and if it is good to take it with my birth control pill until September.
