What product should I use to reduce the inflammation in my ears or what should I do?

My mother had athlete's foot and I got it too. I bathed my feet every night after showering for 2 weeks and then dried them and applied antifungal cream. My toes are still dark red and swollen.

Good morning, ma'am,
It is difficult to determine what to do without having seen the lesions in question. Is it possible to upload some well-lit images?
What antifungal cream did you apply, how often and for how long?
Have you taken any other measures?

The cream has been applied for about 1 month. As a measure, I used to bathe my feet with salt and then dry them well for 3 weeks

Thank you for the information.
The product applied seems to be adequate for the treatment of athlete's foot. As written, the pictures may not be consistent with the usual appearance of athlete's foot. Also, if you have been applying tolnaftate for 1 month without success, this requires a medical evaluation to confirm the diagnosis and, if necessary, not to delay the proper management of the situation.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
