I found the product mentioned, and searched my databases for each ingredient. I found one that I believe may increase the risk of bleeding in people taking blood thinners.

Given the limited evidence of its effectiveness, it would be prudent to avoid it; I encourage you to discuss this with your doctor, as there are prescription options that are safe with Xarelto.
