Hello Sir,
The symptoms mentioned seem to be more related to a gastrointestinal problem rather than an abnormality of the prostate or genitourinary system. Is there a reason for your concern with your prostate?
As there are several causes for anal pain and bleeding (hemorrhoids, ulcerative colitis, anal fissure, etc.), I will need more information to advise you.
First, how long have you had these symptoms? What is your usual stool frequency? Are the stools well-formed or are they watery? Is the bleeding light and only visible on the toilet paper or on the surface of the stool in the toilet? Is the pain in the buttocks felt only at the time of passing a stool? Do you have any other symptoms; false urge to have a bowel movement, mucus in the stool or hemorrhoids around the anus, fever or other?
I look forward to hearing from you, Thank you!
