Hello, my problem is that I have had inflammation in my vulva for about 1 month. It's red and it burns.

I've been going to the doctor several times. He made me take fluconazole and antifungal cream with hydrocortisone twice, but it doesn't work, the cream burns me. Do you have any advice for me? Thanks

Hello,
Did the cream I recommended last time succeed in improving even a little or not at all?

I didn't try it because I went to the hospital and he prescribed me the Mobistar cream which burned me! But I think I will try the cream you told me

In my opinion, the doctor decided to randomly treat vaginitis (kind of like I told you about last time)
In addition to the Eucerin cream, I would also try Reactin extra strength (10 mg) once a day. Maybe your inflammatory reaction has an allergic component (due to the products you used and the infections you had)

Okay! I have some extra strength benadryl at home I have some extra strength benadryl at home, will that do?

Yes, it can do that, but I have the impression that you will need it for a few days. As it can make you sleepy, it can help you out for a while, but the 24-hour effect of Reactine and the fact that it doesn't cause drowsiness will make it more interesting
It's a trial though what I'm suggesting. If you see that it has no effect in a few days, there is no point in continuing
Basically, a good hydration of the affected area combined with the antihistamine effect (maybe an allergic component but not sure as I say), could maybe help reduce your symptoms.

Okay, and I don't use the antifungal cream anymore?

No. Continue it too, you never know
As it is, you have an antifungal and antibiotic treatment for vaginosis and STBBI. Treating more conditions increases the chances of treating your problem
However, I have the distinct impression that this is the same reasoning that the last doctor who saw you had. If he didn't know exactly what to treat, he took the chance of treating vaginitis
So it's best to continue. But also it's better to add Eucerin and an antihistamine to help
I hope that sheds some light on it. It's hard to know exactly what you have but a combination of things can maybe get it under control

Finally my last test for itss was negative and he told me to stop the treatment for bacterial vaginosis because I did not have the symptoms of this infection. I hope your suggestions will work! Thank you so much!
Have a great evening!

I hope you will get over it. Good evening to you too
