30 year old woman Postpartum of my 3rd baby of 5 1/2 months. I am not breastfeeding. I was taking Celexa 20mg a day that we changed with my doctor for Sertraline 100mg a day 3 months ago

Hello ma'am, this is not a side effect usually associated with this medication but it is not impossible. You should know that the postpartum period can also be accompanied by an irregular cycle for several months.

As long as the bleeding is temporary and light, there is no need to worry.
