Is taking Concerta compatible with breastfeeding? Is it better to take Ritalin?

I am not yet on concerta, I have to stop the citalopram gradually and I am breastfeeding my 9 month old son and I don't intend to stop now, but the breastfeeding will be more and more spaced out especially during the day. Thank you for your help!

Hello Ma'am,

Ritalin™ and Concerta™ are actually the same active ingredient (medication). Only, the Concerta™ is in a tablet that lasts longer.

And both options are possible when breastfeeding!"
