Can taking Cipralex or Zoloft affect my menstrual cycle?

25-year-old woman2 years ago
For the past week I have been switching from Zoloft to Cipralex. I am still taking my regular dose of Zoloft and a small dose of Cipralex (10mg) per day while I make the transition. However, my menstrual cycle is one week late (no possibility of pregnancy)

Good morning, ma'am,
Menstrual cycle imbalance is reported as a possible side effect of these two medications. It is possible that several factors are involved, such as fatigue, stress, illness, change of schedule, etc., but it is difficult to determine the cause with certainty
Are you taking hormonal contraception?
