I have sinus pressure and I have almost no taste, what can I do?

Started with a sore throat, and I became congested afterwards. Test covid negative. I hardly blow my nose but I feel a lot of pressure in my sinuses and I don't taste much except sweet, salty, bitter, etc... On the other hand, I can smell most things.

Hello Madam, sorry to read about your troubles!
The basis of the treatment will be nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as necessary during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, the feeling of pressure and congestion can be reduced. It's a little uncomfortable but it works like a charm!
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference.
If the situation persists for more than a week or gets worse, I suggest that you consult a doctor, as a precaution.
I hope I've been helpful, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions!

perfect thanks, I was already doing it twice a day so I'll try to do it more regularly. does that also explain my lack of taste?

Yes!
Depending on when you had a COVID test, if symptoms worsen within 1-3 days, I suggest another test.

it's been about 6 days since my cold started and I've tested every 2 days since the beginning and always negative, so I guess it's my blocked sinuses :)
