Hello I am currently 23 weeks pregnant, I would like to take nature's bounty, hair and skin supplement with Biotin

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!

Although the amount of biotin found in some prenatal multivitamins is safe, I have not found any information regarding the safety of the product you mention, which contains a much higher amount of biotin. As such, I do not recommend this product.
