Good evening. This is a rare but possible side effect of sertraline and its class of drugs. Many factors can delay menstruation such as fatigue, illness, stress... debilitation can also occur occasionally in healthy people.
If this debilitation persists over time and you think it corresponds to the start of taking sertraline, your pharmacist/doctor could contact your doctor for possible alternatives if you wish.
Don't hesitate if you have any further questions!
