Yes, the drop in energy is indeed temporary usually (2 to 4 weeks).

Are you taking this medication for high blood pressure?

Thank you! I have a sleep breathing disorder with frequent micro-awakenings and bruxism that was giving me significant TMJ pain. I think this use of the medication is rather unusual, but it had been recommended to me by a dentist who has published articles on the subject.

If you have been taking this medication for less than 1 month, be aware that there may indeed be a connection between your fatigue and taking it. As I said, this is usually temporary.
