I've been having a lot of trouble with my bowel movements for a few days?

I have a lot of difficulties to have a bowel movement since a few days, I had a cystoscopy on Friday March 11 with general anesthesia. I already take one dose of Relaxa per day and one tablet of Dexilant 30 mg for reflux, stools 3-4 times in the morning but still like a full bowel.

Hello sir
Was the Relaxa at least partially effective?
If so, you could take it twice a day instead of once for a few days to help soften the stool.
Other than Dexilant, are you taking any other medications at the moment (painkillers or others)?

Partially effective, stools are soft friends even after 3-4 times in the morning over an hour or two, still feel like a full bowel, very uncomfortable. I have been taking 2 oxycocet 5-325 a day for several years after PTG surgery plus Rosuvastatin and Tamsulosin and aspirin 81mg and an Align probiotic tablet.

Thanks for the feedback!
Oxycocet could also make constipation worse.
If not effective or only partially effective, you could try Relaxa twice a day as mentioned above. Some other options could be added such as senokot (tablets available over the counter), or lactulose (syrup available behind the counter in pharmacies). In both cases, your pharmacist can prescribe them and customize the dose for you.
As for non-pharmacological measures, make sure you drink plenty of fluids during the day and increase your fiber intake, through fruits, vegetables, and whole grains (brown bread, oatmeal, enriched cereals, etc.) and practice a moderate intensity physical activity on a regular basis, if possible of course.
I hope I've helped you, don't hesitate if there is anything!
